This Visit Scotland 4* award winning bed and breakfast is set in open countryside on the edge of an idyllic deer park. We are right next to many "OUTLANDER" filming locations and only a short walk from "LALLYBROCH". We can offer our guests private walking tours from the cottage to Hopetoun House, Abercorn Church, Midhope Castle and Blackness Castle.
We are a simple fifteen minute drive from EDINBURGH AIRPORT and to the EDINBURGH TRAM SYSTEM for easy and quick access to the City Centre.

This former Gamekeepers cottage is over three hundred years old and is set in open countryside on the edge of an idyllic deer park at the heart of a large country estate. It is just a short walk from Hopetoun House and the many filming locations from OUTLANDER including LALLYBROCH. In fact, a fantastic location to base yourself for your visit to Scotland as we are only a short drive from Edinburgh Airport and offers easy access by tram to central Edinburgh.
